The Dragon’s Head and Mural Painting

Great work last week Habitat friends.

We got started on the frame for the dragon’s head and painted 3 beautiful murals to decorate the centre on the day of the performance. This Sunday April 22nd is our last day to craft in the multi-purpose room. We will be completing the dragon’s head, painting, decorating for Earth Day and making some small hand puppets.

We’d love your help! Drop in between 2:30-4:30pm and share your creativity.

    Good afternoon,
I would like to volunteer for this project, definitely on the day of, and if there are any areas needing attention leading up to the event. I would only be available some evenings and weekends.
    Thanks,
    Cari Morris

      Hi Cari,
Thanks for getting in touch. We’d love your help. We are having a volunteer orientation on Tuesday May 15th from 4-5pm at Kensington. If you are not available for this let’s chat in person. It would be great to have you attend the dress rehearsal on May 27th at 1:30pm so you can see what the show will be like and practice your volunteer role if needed.
      ps. your cookies were amazing!
      Thanks,
      Meghan

      Hi Cari,

Are you still able to volunteer for Habitat? We’d love your help if you are available.

If you are able to attend the Dress Rehearsal Sunday, May 27, 1:30pm-4:30pm we can sort out your role and you can get a sense of the scope of the project. Even if you can’t attend this whole afternoon, that’s fine. We would also need you for the Final Performance, Sunday June 3, 1:30-5:30pm.

If you have friends who might be interested in this project please send them our way!

Its going to be great and I hope you can be involved,
      Best,
      Meghan
